Can I request a refund?

No unfortunately we don’t offer refunds. You can however cancel your subscription if you wish to no longer use our services.

Are there really no contracts?

Yes there trully are no contracts. If you want to skip a few months or cancel your subscription all together, you can easily do that without the hassle of cancellation fees or waiting for your contract to end.

Do you offer alternative payment methods?

Yes we do offer alternative payment methods such as manual EFT payments or Credit and Debit card payments through payment links if you Request a Custom Quote. We do however charge an small admin fee.

Will I lose my subscription discount when I cancel?

Unfortunately yes, being a loyal subscriber is the only way to retain your subscription discount. You can however request a temporary pause on your subscription and this will not forfeit your discounted subscription.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes you can pause your subscription up to a maximum of 3 months. Your subscription will automatically resume after 3 months if not cancelled.

Will there be an iPhone app?

Yes there will be an app free to download for iPhone eventually.

Are business listing applications reviewed?

Yes we do review new and updated business listing applications to some extend and to the best of our abilities. However we can’t guarantee that all listings will be 100% safe. So it’s very important to always be vigilante and report any suspisious listings, scams, shady businesses or fraud here and to the local authorities.

Where can I report scams or suspiscious behaviour or activies?

You can report fraud, scams, suspiscious listings and shady businesses through this channel here and to the local authorities. If the reported party is found guilty, we will remove them from our platform ASAP. We DO NOT condone and approve this type of behaviour and we DO NOT wish to promote them on our platform either. We are also not liable for damages caused by these parties, so PLEASE BE VIGILANTE AT ALL TIMES!
