1. Refunds for Project Cancellations:

• If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the 50% deposit paid is non-refundable.

• In the event of full payment for the project, a 50% refund of the total amount is applicable if the project has not been completed.

• No refunds will be issued once a project has been completed.

2. Exclusions from Refunds:

• Refunds are not applicable to domain registrations, domain ID protection, SSL certificates, hosting, and security services.

3. Refund Request Process:

• To request a refund for project cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@nerdcube.co.za.

• Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process.

• It may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the client's account.

4. Non-Refundable Services:

• Domain registrations, domain ID protection, SSL certificates, hosting, and security services are non-refundable.

5. Modification of Refund Policy:

• NerdCube (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
